- 300g Octopus Beard
- 1 bunch of Bok Choy
- Cooking oil
- Onion
- Salt, Sugar

- MSG
- Pepper
- Chilli
- Soy Sauce, Fish Sauce
- Lemon
How to Make Stir-fried Octopus Beard with Bok Choy
Step 1: Preliminary processing
- Soak bok choy in salt for about 15 minutes, then rinse with water.
- Prepare the cabbage, separate the stems and leaves and set aside.
- Wash the octopus's beard with salt, soak for about 15 minutes and rinse.
- Dip the beard into a pot of boiling water (add fried onions and a little cooking oil), take it out immediately.
Step 2: Processing
- Marinate the beard with seasoning powder, MSG, and pepper.
- Prepare mixture: salt, pepper, chili, soy sauce, and lemon. Stir the mixture well.
- Heat the pan, add a little cooking oil, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Pour the above mixture into the pan until the candy is about half its original size.
- Add the octopus antennae and stir-fry for 1 minute over low heat, then add the cabbage stalks and stir-fry for about 4 minutes.
- Add cabbage leaves and stir-fry for another minute, then season with seasoning powder, MSG, fish sauce, and sugar to taste.
